Gas Lines Capped, Not Just Yanked
A gas range cannot just be unplugged and dragged out — the line has to be shut off at the valve and the connector disconnected and capped so there is no leak left behind. We handle that as part of the pickup for a gas stove or oven, and for an electric unit we disconnect at the outlet or the hardwired junction. You end up with a safe, capped connection and an empty spot where the stove was.

Yes — wall ovens bolted into cabinetry are a standard pickup. We unfasten and lift them out of the cutout without tearing up the surrounding cabinet face.
